From April 2027, if your self-employed income is over £30,000 a year before expenses, HMRC wants an update every three months, sent from approved software. Your invoices, expenses and mileage are already in TheDayRate, so each update is a check and a tap.

Bring in a statement from your bank and tick what was for work. Each one becomes an expense, without typing a thing.

Each time you’re paid, we work out the tax and National Insurance on it and add it to your pot.
Home to the warehouse, the warehouse to the venue. Every road mile is claimed: 55p for the first 10,000 a year, then 25p.
Your money is grouped the way the tax year runs, so what you see here matches your tax return.
Your invoices and money records are kept in the EU, and only you can see them.
Most crew keep mileage in one place, invoices in another and receipts nowhere at all. We wanted it all in one app, so you can stay on top of it without needing an accountant.
